Searching for Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow - Episode 33
Hey, check out a NEW THEME on this week's podcast. Everybody knows I use "chicken songs" to introduce each episode and they're always pretty easy to identify. This week, I'm still using a chicken song, but do you know from whence it comes? Send me your best guesses!Kristi lead the Coop Crew in a discussion this week about Search Engines. We covered the what, the how, the who and the why. You can bet Fritz shared HIS views of search engines, including his favorite for doing people searches.
To get the scoop, just check out the Show Notes for 8-25-06. You'll also get links to the website of the week (and you'll feel better for doing it) and the tip of the week (and you'll feel safer for doing THAT...).
Since we had Allison Sheridan on, we've been consumed with providing other cross-platform topics of interest and I think I found a really good one. Allison talked to us about using BootCamp and Parallels to run Windows applications on her Mac. On an upcoming show (I'll let you know in advance which one) we'll be talking to Jeremy White of Codeweavers, the creators of CrossOver Office for Linux and now for Mac. The Mac software hasn't been released yet, but it will be soon.
Yep, we've been inspired!
